NATO summit DIE-IN June 24 at 7pm
Are you against the complicity of NATO countries in the genocide in Gaza? Come to the NATO summit DIE-IN on June 24 in Scheveningen, the beach nearest to the summit location, and live acts of Palestinian music and poetry.
President Trump, NATO Secretary General Rutte and military leaders from the Western world will come to The Hague on June 24 and 25 for the NATO summit. Meanwhile, NATO partner Israel is allowed to continue unhindered with the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza. According to international law, the United States, the Netherlands and other NATO countries are complicit in this genocide with their billions in support of the Israeli military industry.
During the NATO summit, European NATO countries promise to invest astronomically high additional amounts in our peace and security. But what sort of peace and security are we talking about, if the Palestinians are wiped off the face of the earth? Where is the credibility, if NATO does not call Israel as a NATO partner to account and does not use diplomatic and military means to stop this genocide?
At the NATO summit, Gaza is ignored. And the commander of the largest NATO army, President Trump, wants to turn Gaza Beach into an ethnically cleansed luxury resort. That is why we are bringing Gaza Beach to The Hague and to this summit.
Come to “Gaza Beach” on June 24 and make your voice heard against Western complicity in starvation, ethnic cleansing and genocide. Join us in calling on the assembled NATO leaders to stop this. NOW.
NATO says: if you attack one of us, you attack us all. At “Gaza Beach” we say: if you attack the Palestinians, you attack us all!

Guidelines for a friendly event:
* Everyone is welcome. We respect each other, including bystanders.
* We look out for each other. Report incidents immediately to the volunteers in the yellow vests.
* The police is present for everyone's safety.
* Only unfold your Palestinian flag on the beach and not on the way there. Any stick must be thin and breakable, otherwise the police may confiscate it.
* There are toilets on the boulevard and there is a first aid post.
* No littering on the beach

How to get there
- You can take the tram line 11 from station Den Haag Hollands Spoor, direction Scheveningen Haven, and alight at Vuurbaakstraat, from whence it's a 9 minute walk (30 min travel time)
- from Centraal Station there are several options (about 40 min travel time)
