While NATO leaders are meeting in The Hague, less than two kilometers away, on the beach in The Hague that has been renamed Gaza Beach, other voices are heard. Including that of rapper, spoken word artist and activist Stryder.
With his powerful track Genocide (ft. Derek Otte), an emotional indictment of the genocidal violence in Gaza, he broke through and has already reached more than 400,000 people via social media. The accompanying video clip was made out of urgency, not budget – an act of solidarity by cast and crew, driven by conviction.

On June 24, from 19:00 hrs. Stryder brings his words to Gaza Beach. Not a show to entertain, but a call to wake up. Because silence in times of genocide is not an option.
